Western Kentucky vs. Louisville Condensed Game | 2022-23 ACC Men’s Basketball

Louisville earned its long-awaited first win of the season in a 94-83 victory over Western Kentucky. The Cardinals played a great game offensively, shooting a terrific 54% from the floor, and El Ellis led the way. He had his first double double in a career-high 30 point performance that went with 10 assists and 4 rebounds.

  1. Tears in my eyes, about this first win, I'm so happy for the Louisville Program as a Graduate of the school because of the history of the basketball program. I have never jumped off the Band wagon like a lot of people have.

  2. So glad to see them "get off the schneid"! Congrats to Kenny Payne on his first win. Hopefully The Cards can lay some sort of Foundation for success down this year. L1C4

  3. 1st time I've seen them running, not jogging.
Except curry, hes playing a real lazy game this season.
    Almost never hustles.
    Never anticipates.
    Not even into game.
    Wheres his spark?

  4. It's sad that we're cheering a win over Western Kentucky! Given the circumstances though I am glad we finally got a win.

  5. Western ky must be the worst team in college basketball cuz I thought we were actually (Louisville)

  6. Other than Louisville's storied past, I don't know anythIng about these two programs nowadays, but when a team wIth an 8-1 record gets essentIally blown out by a team that Is 0-9, thIs qualIfIes as a ''trap game". No matter how much the coaches of Western Kentucky could preach about how good the other team is, it's hard to motivate them aganst an opponent that is 0-9.

  7. Anyone else notice at 3:15 (video), 8:24 (game) Louisville failed to properly inbound the ball? James doesn't step out of bounds to "inbound" the ball.
