Just awful awful 2nd half to cap off an awful roadtrip. Really frustrating loss. Not a lot of words for this one. Back at home Monday vs Bucks.

Massive collapse. Everything we could’ve done wrong late in the game we did

Missed shots, let Booker dominate and control the game, missing free throws, giving up offensive rebounds

Horrendous loss which shows we may be a good team but not a GREAT team right now

  3. Leadingusalong

Listen, if you think this loss or the last Jazz loss are reasonable outcomes just because Ingram is out, then the team is simply nowhere near as good as we thought.

Two 15 point leads against Utah and a 24 point lead tonight. That’s fucking embarrassing and there is no excuse for it.

Zion sees triple teams the second he steps on the court, meanwhile coach allows a guy to drop 55 before even thinking about a double… Why?

  5. Cbeauski23

Bitch about refs or whatever but if you turn the ball over, give up offensive rebounds, and miss free throws this is what you get

    Frustrating road trip 🤦🏾‍♂️

  6. oridinai

Booker wanted revenge with that last shot and was pissed he missed 😂

  7. BobMarleynthewhalers

we cant secure defensive rebounds. there is no excuse for that. We need a versatile big man. And willie needs to make faster adjustments.

  8. Sslagathor

I knew we were losing when Book was cooking us and Willie left Jose and Devonte on lmao. At least Dyson was making him earn those points

  9. I mean… JV has struggled a ton this year, but he gave the Pels a huge first quarter and was rewarded with 3 shots the rest of the way.

Willie’s inability to adjust in-game is quickly becoming a focal point. He needs to learn how to win just as quickly as the rest of this team.

Gave up a 22-point third quarter lead. That’s pathetic coaching, awful defence, and woeful discipline. Where’s the self-respect?

    Embarrassed for this team.

It’s funny how you can tell if we’re gonna win or lose when Zion sits in the 3rd. Can’t wait until we can get BI led units when Z on the bench. 2nd game in the row that felt like a textbook BI Waiting Room game

I love willie but having this many collapses has to fall back into the coaches somewhat, we’ve shown that as a team we play dominant ball then get far too comfy and playing far too safe with our rotations, we have to nip this soft ball stuff in the bud earlier than later in the season.

  13. SchruteForce

Should have been 2-1 trip but we pissed it all away to 0-3. I swear if we lose when I make the 4 hour drive down to the game next Thursday I’m gonna drop kick a Lakers fan.

  14. Great Dyson getting all those minutes but I don’t get why if he is just completely ignored on offence. Gotta move the ball around.

    Decision making in transition offense

We apparently suck at rebounding now

    CJ McCollum playing hero ball

    Blowing another big lead

    I mean wtf man……

  16. daybreaker

all 3 things can be true:

    We suck at defensive rebounding

    Booker was on fire

    The refs fucking suck

  17. Agreeable-Fig-1132

Don’t blame CJ. Blame the coach. Lament the horrid rotations and the lack of defensive and offensive adjustments. There is no offensive strategy for Zion that doesn’t involve him bulldozing into 3-4 defenders at a time. There are no doubles for Booker when he is getting hot. Herb can’t be playing in crunch time if he’s a liability from the 3. CJ needs to be reeled in or benched when he’s playing hero-ball. So many mistakes in this one.

  18. Pels missed too many of our precious few FTs. But it’s hard to win 8 on 5. Z stopped driving because they didn’t reward the drives. Book kept driving because all contact and non-contact was rewarded. The Refs willed the Suns to this win. On to the next one.

  19. kyledanna

eh.. single digit loss on the road to one of the best teams in the conference at the end of a 3 game road trip when their star drops 58

huge FT discrepancy but not the end of the world to lose this one

  20. pussyonthebrain

This loss is on us no excuses BUT a 35-13 free-throw disparity with our play style is a disgrace

  21. shahsnow

Young team still has a lot of growing to do. We can look at every game this season win or lose and see so much room for improvement. The championship isn’t won in December and we are still a great team.

Losing and heartbreak are important ingredients for a successful team.

Booker started of hot and cooled a little during the second quarter but he could have shot blindfolded and it would have went in, and if not the refs would have sent him to the line

  22. World-Nomad

I had a gut feeling we weren’t going to win going into this game, just because the frustrating losses to the Jazz, and a angry Suns team looking for revenge. This loss is even more disappointing because we had 24 point lead. Those kinda losses really burn a team out, and are bad for morale. What sucks even more, is now we have to play the Bucks next, which could potentially put us in a four game losing streak. Not good folks.
