All other players in Year 20 or later have combined for seven such games šŸ˜®

  1. How people still take this guy for granted blows my mind

  2. MediocreTake

OP thought we wouldnā€™t notice him trying to hide his Dirk agenda behind a Lebron record post

  3. Affectionate-Cut6366

I donā€™t get how people still hate LeBron. The Lakers arenā€™t a threat and hes 38. Just enjoy these games in real time

  4. DopedUpDoomer

“All other players in Year 20 or later have combined for seven such games” bruh lmao

  5. S63-BBQpit

We are witnesses of greatness but some just choose hate

  6. Background-Sir5324

How many 60 point games he got in year 20 though??! šŸ˜‚šŸ˜‚šŸ˜‚šŸ˜‚

  7. KaiserKaiba

His longevity as a superstar is simply otherworldly

  8. KDtrey5isGOAT

Easy to score when the rest of the team is ass

I think his inability to just backpack teams like he used to is why the haters come out in droves. Which is a testament to how great he was in his prime, not a detraction from how good he is now. Ain’t no questioning this man’s ability even at the moment.

His age at Year 20 is about 3 years younger than almost everyone else’s Year 20.

Look at the career list for regular-season total minutes played. Of the top 20 in that list, only SIX are guards, so among the NBA longest-players, big men such as LBJ are more often represented.

On the other hand, among the NBA’s top 50 regular season career scorers, only SEVEN have points/minute over 0.70, and FOUR of those seven are active players (LBJ, KD, Curry, and Harden) so this stat will probably degrade as career end approaches, but of those SEVEN, only TWO are not guards (LBJ, Dominique). I consider KD a guard when on offense. That is an elite group and includes MJ and Gervin ranked 1/2.

So LBJ is definitely an outlier as a forward, regarding career points per minute among career leading regular-season scorers.

  11. People really salivate to call LeBron washed to the point they wouldnā€™t wait until he recovered from his ankle and flu.

LeEmperor is legit gonna get the Warhammer score.

  13. Festynursey12

Dude should be doing everything to get the scoring record asap..no one expects the Lakers to do anything. One major injury could fuck him forever

Would be good to see age 37 and older.

College used to be a thing.

  15. It’s very impressive but LeBron didn’t go to college. A better comparison is what other legends were doing in their age 38 season. Kareem had 10 games over 30 points and 3 games over 40 points, with 10 games of at least 3 blocks and 4 games with at least 5 blocks. In terms of value LeBron and Kareem have the best careers of all time.

Only 10 players played for 20 years. What is this karma farming these days? Are we gonna get a LeBron post when he gets 30 until the day he retires now? xD

  17. dude has had an incredible career. itā€™s bitter sweet talking about his greatness, iā€™m a floridian and really appreciated what he did with the heat and how great that team was. the bitter part is you canā€™t talk about his greatness without people immediately jumping in calling him the GOAT or #1 all time, and thatā€™s where i go back to MJ as who i view as the greatest having grown up in the 90s. that said, dude is top 3 on everyoneā€™s list (at least anyone whoā€™s being honest about basketball) and has had the greatest longevity alongside one other all time great in KAJ. what heā€™s doing in year 20 and where he will be when all is said and done is a true feat of athletic achievement and will likely not be matched for at least another generation of basketball.

Canā€™t we just say LeBron and Jordan are on the same level. Not 1a, 1b, just the goat tier?
