I think this is more psychological ala Kawhi leonard in this situation with AD. He feels that something is broken or might break.
Lebron mentioned in presscon recently that it’s important that his mind is right or something like that before returning to the game.
If there’s an actual break or something, then it will show in X-ray or whatever advance tech Doctors are using now.
