Nba should seriously remove referees from the game. Just let the players call fouls and the rest. Generally the game is pretty clean until the zebras step in and change momentum and reff ball it up.

I’m a little cautious to blame the refs.
They gave us a jump ball at the end of the game when Dame clearly was hugging giddey from behind.
That should have been a foul on Dame, but the refs got the call wrong and we benefitted from it by having a possession with an opportunity to take the lead.
However, we did not take the lead, because the play on the court was shitty, and the refs had nothing to do with the ball not going in the basket.

Harden changed the game in the modern era, and averaged 11.8 at his peak, in his age 30 season, the last year in HOU. The peak of hack a Shaq put the big fella on the line 11.4 times a game, shooting .527.
Shai is a statistical anomaly… The kid averages 53% of the FTA’s of the worst FTA team in the league, GSW. 38% of the total FTA’s of the best FTA team in the league, DET. 42% of POR’s FTA’s on the season…
In comparison, Dame is averaging 31% of POR’s total FTA’s on the season…
As long as Shai is available, odds are every team is going to lose the FTA battle to Shai’s team, because Shai is an absolutely monster, who at 24, is already one of the best of all time at getting to the line.
