Another wing to consider is Otto Porter Jr. Modest stats with Toronto but good size (6'8"), experience (9 yrs), still only 29 and was a big help coming off the bench for the Warriors in their playoff run last season.

The Lakers need a trade bad or this will be a repeat season. The media has overblown ADs importance to this team’s winning. AD putting up big numbers and they are still loosing or barely winning. Lakers need a trade.

As much as AD is a great player… he has to be on the floor with some consistency or he is a liability.
I think if we want to make a trade with the bulls, we have to find a 3rd team like hornets to make it happen. There's no way the bulls want Westbrook, they are not going to tank since they don't even have 2023 first round pick.
Maybe we can trade firstly Westbrook, Beverly, Nunn, Jones with hornets for Rozier, Haywood, Oubre and Plumlee, this wouldn't require a first round pick since we're taking on all their long term contracts.
Then use Rozier, Oubre plus a first round pick for Lavine and Dragic.
Salary wise this will work, and all three teams are getting what they need.
Get rid of Wenyen Gabriel, Juan Toscano Anderson, sign Carmelo, Cousins and Whiteside guys who can actually put the ball in the basket

With AD gone for a long stretch, the season is bust. It's just December yes but they are currently 13-18. By the time he gets back, they'll probably be at least 10 games below .500 with near zero chance to turn it around. They should strongly consider trading LeBron and AD in the off-season and rebuild.
When you have LeBron on your team offense is never going to be an issue. The primary focus should always be putting defense around him. This whole obsession with super teams and big 3 is incredibly dumb. You’re basically neglecting every other position/role

Naming all these guys the Lakers should trade for with no real assets to cash in. Plus, the NBA already helped the Lakers by fixing the 2019 draft by giving the Pelicans the #1 pick if they trade AD to Lakers. They even forced the Grizzles owner to give up Pau Gasol and rights to his brother Marc Gasol for a bunch of scrubs in 2008.
