Trezz hasn’t been great and Reed has been horrible, even in our wins. A good bench wing isn’t realistic with our assets, but we HAVE to go for a better backup big….

    Drummond is literally the perfect player. Elite rebounding who isn’t a liability on defense or offense

    Ik this will be downvoted because people’s wishlists for Daryl have mostly been another 3&d athletic wing, but our current asset pile is:

    * Firsts in 2027 and 2029
    * Expiring Shake and Tisse (who I don’t think would fetch us much)
    * Low-end rotation guys like Furkan / House / Reed who make 5M / 3.5M / 2M
    * Maxey if we go for a huge homerun swing trade, I don’t see that happening

    Nobody is trading even semi-competent wings for these assets, barring our firsts if we trade both. It’s just not a realistic ask at this point, because we can’t outbid anybody for them

    Guys like Tobias of course could get thrown in if we could facilitate a bigger trade, I just don’t think its likely. But a backup big, we may get for a second or two, and might be just as helpful in the long run

    Drummond makes too much sense imo. His strength is our main weakness and Harden can get him involved on offense just fine. Plus he’s on a team that’s not going to make the Playoffs so we can probably get him for a couple 2nds, maybe one player and a 2nd.

    Paul looks like that kid in elementary school who would pee in the urinal and back up to see how far back he could go in this picture
