    Klay and Poole were great but Kuminga was my player of the game

    We didn’t even do anything on offense after the steal and huge rebound, but Kuminga so thoroughly son’d the hornets on those two possessions, it changed the tenor of those final minutes.

    Im so glad JK learned how to hustle and just by moving he will get his shots. Sooo much improvement from his rookie year. His hustle is being rewarded, that’s how Dubs plays!

    Watching this replay highlights how little wasted energy there was. He waited and took decisive action in every play. The waiting is not atypical if guys are gassed or they are waiting for the plays to develop but the decisiveness was impressive.

    The steal and the rebound were the real deal. Ball was swinging his hand on that rebound, he was really frustated(poor kid got drafted to such a trash franchise). That steal was really filthy man, straight away “gimme that” play

    I think was the first time I’ve seen Kuminga show everyone on the court he’s built different. We’ve seen flashes of his athleticism but he showed his strength today.
