Fred should've sat out last game with that bad back of his that way Dalano could've gotten his minutes and pushed the pace of the game.

I'm putting 40% of the onus on FVV and 60% on NN. As a leader FVV should damn well know anything less then 90% is a hindering to the team's success. NN has to know his players and spot when they are not at their best and bench or DNP them.
FVV will always be battling some kind of injury because he's reached his maximum potential. As much as I love FVV, he's a back-up combo guard who maintains leads and doesn't create them. The problem is that the Raptors were completely built around KLow and FVV was expected to be his replacement. But.. Masai and the front office failed to notice that FVV relied heavily on KLow to be that dog, hammer, and energizer. KLow literally looked like the younger player too. IMO the need to either find a player who'll enable FVV to play a 6th man role or pursue a trade for a legit "pass first" PG.
Fred is the worst starting "point guard" in the NBA. Put him on any other team and he would be coming off the bench.

This is not the first time NN has played FVV when FVV is less than optimal. NN has done the same with GTJ and it does not work. NN needs to over rule them when they are in these kind of situations by DNP'ing them because their athleticism is not as high as Pascal or OG.

I did think that was weird him sitting in the highchair but for sure Fred has an existing Back injury, was out with it at the end of October. That is why he was in the "highchair"! Guess I am one of the guys you said would say he already had the injury!
Fred got nailed in the previous game and knew it got tweaked. Nurse trusts Fred and someone also made the call to clear him too. BUT YOU ARE Right that He maybe shouldda sat out!
