[Lloyd] A coach on Brown’s staff went to dinner this year with a coach from an opposing team’s staff after a game. The opposing coach admitted they told their guys at that day’s shootaround to do certain things because they wouldn’t get called (by the officials) — because they were playing the Kings

I’m not an “officials have it out for us” guy, but if they’re saying this about the kings then it’s pretty safe to assume they’re saying the same thing about the wolves

I’m also not a ref conspiracy theorist BUT it’s wild how often Rudy is in foul trouble here when he basically never was in Utah

The biggest issue with refs is inconsistency. If you call travel after catch and run, make sure you call it for both teams and in every game. If you dont say its an offensive foul when a player posts up with hand, call it on Jokic and Embiid, not only on Edwards. Why sometimes any contact is being called and sometimes no contact is called. Players simply don’t know the rules of the game before they start playing. Austin Rivers is 11 years veteran and he gets called for weak travels 3 times in a row in the same game. This is not cool.
