  1. He’s worth the max… on 1 year deals…

He just went what 2 months without incidents… and we acting like he cured polio

  2. Listen he is a max contract talent and he shouldn't take less money for his services period! The team can also protect themselves with the contract language in case of something unforeseen!

  3. I would max him out year to year. If any other team will give him a longer contract, God bless them. I can’t trust him at all. He's a top tier talent and he deserves a MAX contract for his services, but no team can survive the destruction he is capable of creating.

  4. Chris giving owners a reason not to pay Kyrie? WTF? Why volunteer this? Oh, I forgot…Kyrie isn't a Chr*stian.

  5. Nah, I can't say Kyrie is worthy of a max contract. He's good for a year to year basis with a clause in it but in a business move, he's pro enough to be a liability.

  6. The lakers are the only team who could take that risk and it’s only because of how bad they’ve been. But no other team outside the Nets should offer Kyrie a max contract. Kyrie has been in shenanigans every single year with the Nets, including this year. Just because he’s quiet now doesn’t mean he should be rewarded with a big contract.

  7. It's crazy there are NBA players beating there wives and getting offered great deals and nobody talks about them. Kyrie hasn't done anything wrong. Pay the man.

  8. Drama or not he is a max players what y’all smoking. Y’all not talking about him right now and he is balling

  9. Teams can short term nickel and dime him itll just cost them more in the long run when its time to re up. Teams also would need to have a win now roster because if you short term him, how do u build a team around him? At that point teams gotta hire 1 year mercenaries and we see how that can sometimes turn out. Teams dont gel the first year or get their footing. And injury can happen that derails the season. So if you going to sign a talent like Kyrie and don’t maximize the team, whats the point when you paying max dollars?

  10. Well that has been the question.. what would a drama free Kyrie look like? The world just simply may never know…

  11. See what happens when he shuts the f*** up and spares us the culture war bullshit and just balls out? There’s a correlation clearly 🙄

  12. If i wan an owner id sign kyrie and say “He is a grown man responsible for his own thoughts and opinions. He can say whatever he wants as long as it doesnt negatively impact our team on the floor.” No more “distractions” because id make it known that im not gonna freak out and censor him for expressing a thought online

  13. Lemme say this for the eager folks… Kyrie made his own mess, media did it’s job. End of story.

  14. Two black men labelling a black man drama. Refusing the vaccine was his right he didn’t have to conform like these two commentators. The link he shared was educational but powers that be have to label him antisemetic bla-bla-bla

  15. When Lakers win, you don't discuss them but when they lose, that's when Rob Parker finds his irritating voice. Bunch of Jordan old heads who always want to discredit Lebron.

  16. Kyrie is more in control than you think. All this fake outrage fizzles out fast. These criminals (WS) that run the entertainment industry have no honor (no honor among thieves).

  17. Didn’t Chris Broussard say they should bench Kyrie. Lol. These media members overreact to everything.

  18. Should be no issue with year to year contracts and getting the max each time until his skills deteriorate to the point that he doesn't merit the max.
