The Thunder are really well constructed to take advantage of every Wizards’ weakness and I hate it and I want them gone.

  2. Polani_almoni

It’s not our coach or even our players that got knockout this game. It’s our front office.
OKC is looking amazing out there as a rebuilding team, while our “compete now” team looks like shit. The worse thing is, they will only get better, and we will only get worse as Beal gets older, and Kuz and KP will not stick around.

  3. Megumi-Noda

At least we are back to the 7th best odds to land Victor after this game…

This game looked a lot the ones last year in the Porzingis transition period (when KP was out and Beal was out for the season). Kuzma putting up numbers, and nobody else doing much of anything and not much defense being played

WUJ cant Coach …. Orlando beat up OKC on the boards a cpl games ago but it looked like OKC beat up the MUCH BIGGER Wiz on the boards . The Wiz played for 3 ball and OKC played for layups.

  6. How can Gafford shoot 7-8 against a defense and 1-5 on FTs?

Imagine running a NBA in the era of Curry and Dame, and your team is full of guy who shoot mid-range jumpers. I wouldn’t even be mad if Washington got to the line a lot, but they don’t even do that. Can’t wait for the mid-year trade to try and save this season.

This team is no good. Wins just enough to stay in purgatory, but ultimately the talent is just not there. And by that I mean just because one of our players goes off here or there doesn’t make them good or particularly valuable.

  9. 16 points combined for Deni, Rui and Kispert
    3-11 to KP
    No defense what so ever

    – a game to forget

This sub has an infatuation with OKC and I just have trouble understanding why. I’d love a discussion that isn’t just fairy dust that’ll happen in their future potentially maybe

They’ve had all these picks, young players and a bright future for years now. The players they’ve drafted have been projects mostly and some are decent players but I wouldn’t say they ”hit” on any of these guys. SGA is their best player and is amazing but they didn’t even draft him.

We don’t know if Chet Holmgren God forbid isn’t injury ridden his whole career like Greg Oden. I was drinking the kool aid earlier too but now it’s just like a narrative they’ll always get to have and like the idea of what they’ve been trying to do. But I don’t know what that is anymore and am genuinely asking what others think. The Pelicans have done much more with their haul trade and drafting and have a good mix of players mostly young and contributing. What am I missing? Is it the rookie contract money?

OKC is what happens when a team has the self-awareness to blow it up and reload everything. And now they’re trending up. Unlike a certain DC franchise that’s content to just stay in the land of mediocrity forever.
