Luka is just like Zidane in football (soccer for Americans). Technical, gracious and it goes from 0 to 100 when doesn't have space. The majority of the players do that only when they have space. Luka knows how to play the game better than almost everyone, yet, his style is still indecipherable because you're not used to this type of player.
Luka is unique in the NBA there are no players like him for me he is the best
Dallas need some other playmakers who can get Luka some easy baskets.

Luka gets almost no help. They lack other ball handlers to help him
No one wants to admit this and they keep the same BS "harden 2.0" trope even tho he is miles above in other aspects including defense and passing and running plays.
Luka plays much more like his number 1 inspiration, LeBron. Even LeBron needed elite players to win a championship. They won't admit it bc he doesn't jump the same way LeBron does but he absolutely controls the game/pace the way LeBron does.
At this point Luka should just leave Mavs. I love Luka but the mavs are not treating him well.

Those unassisted field goals are what will keep him from winning a chip. Jordan didnāt do that. Karl, Kareem, KD, even Bron donāt hog the ball like that. Steph, any great scorer that won didnāt do that.

I'm a Mavs fan but I don't think I'm biased to say Luka is the real MVP. Hope people realize how bad this Dallas team is and they're still 4th seed, all thanks to Luka.

This year's MVP will be one of the most contested and valuable one to be achieved for whoever wins it. Jokic, giannis, KD, Luka, Tatum, embiid are definitely the top dogs and to even decide the top 3 will be a heck of a task. There's still 40+ games to be played so lot of time left. I might be wrong. Maybe by the end of the season only a couple of players might be as good as they are now and are consistent. If not, it's gonna be a tough choice and very competitive. Interesting to see.

Luka off ball movement is nonexistent, Dallas doesnāt necessarily need another great creator and ball handler. They just need to draw some plays where Luka moves and get an open look, Iāve seen plenty of Dallas games, when he is off ball he is just far away from the 3 point line, standing waiting. Same stuff happened with harden in Houston when he was off ball.

Luka knows how to play without the ball. He does in Europe, he can't here cuz of the roster. He gets so many open looks for his teammates, his 50 games never really feels forceful. He just do so since he has to do it to win. Otherwise he's a passer first
