I really don’t think AD’s health will effect Lakers “leverage” at all as we have none. Teams know that Pels have swap rights with us so it literally only makes sense for us to try and be competitive this season. If Pelinka picks up the phone to field trade possibilities, unfortunately it inevitably will be from a position of weakness no matter what given our current roster, assets, etc.
