Looks like he was actually leg humped forward about a foot.
On the flagrant he jumped forward 1-2 shoe lengths and landed on a foot. Textbook JC jump shot and flagrant.
Can’t imagine the L2MR would take away either of these.

This looks like that picture of Urban Meyer feeling up a much younger woman at that bar in Ohio.
Even if he did lean back, still a foul. You can tell a lot of redditors never played ball a day in their life. If you know the defender’s chasing you like that, he can’t stop himself or close out fast enough if you shoot off the screen. So get into shooting motion, wait for the contact, then release.
I was watching the Cavs broadcast and they weren’t mad at the refs. It was a foul.
