For the life of me I can’t understand why Wood is already extended but clearly they are working on deals we don’t know about. I just hope that if there’s even a chance the deals fall through that we offer Wood an extension

I get it, the roster outside of Luka is garbage, but one of the main reasons for that is that the FO’s last big attempt to get Luka help by trading for Porzingis backfired massively. Everyone except Luka either gets hurt or regresses massively as soon as they sign a long term deal here.

never forget Dirk was willing to team up with Wade (who he beefed with) and LeBron in Miami if he got asked, because of how demoralizing it was playing in Dallas during the 2000s. if I was Dirk I would’ve been fucking pissed when Nash won his MVPs. Cuban is a clown.

feels like we’re screwed; like with Lebron’s first run with the Cavs, it’s really hard to build around an instant generational player, especially when the team’s second best player (Boozer in Cleveland, Brunson for us) decides to bounce
