Let’s be honest here. If OKC wanted to win the NBA championship next year they potentially could. They have 20 first round picks in the next six drafts. Take away SGA and they have Chet, J Dub, Giddey, Dort, Dieng, Wiggins, Mann, Bazkey and I’m sure they are more that I can’t think off to use as trade assets. So hypothetically you take those picks and those players I mentioned, and you can make two trades and pair Shai with almost any two players in the league. They could 100% do that if they wanted. The only reason they aren’t winning right now is because Presti has a plan and it doesn’t involve winning right now 🤷♂️
