The OKC Thunder Have A Bone To Pick…

Why is SGA such a rarely versatile scorer? Who’s Sam Presti’s latest draft steal? And what’s been key to Josh Giddey’s breakout sophomore year?

  1. I am seeing an RJ Barrett like game and career ahead of Jalen Williams. A potential borderline all star caliber player with a floor of a really good starter. He is a solid rebounder, an ok shooter, and he make most of his buckets by cutting and slashing to the rim.

  2. As an okc fan glad to see our boys r finally starting to get that love can’t wait for next year when Chet comes out were gonna be a problem thunder up! ⚡️⚡️🙌🏾🙌🏾

  3. Jaylin Williams (JWil) is 6'9" (likely 6'10" like Arkansas had him at) 240, not Jalen Williams who you were talking about. JDub is 6'6" 195.

  4. Charles Barkley-like, JDub be. They both know/knew how to use their size and speed, shifting players out of the way, or into spots where they are satisfied.

  5. JDub is pretty unique, hard to compare to anyone off the top of my head, but honestly I see a young, raw SGA with more athleticism 👀

  6. JDub is PG13 2.0. Two way player, can get a bucket, patient and let’s the offense come to him, solid athlete and willing to play D on positions 1-4.

  7. JDub reminds me a little of Paul Pierce on the court in the way he moves and his physical profile. He does have a little more bounce than PP and is a better play maker.

  8. wishing that Poku and Chet will be much healthier next season. Giddey, SGA, Dort, Poku, and Chet at the starting line and then, Mann, JDub, Kenrich, and Jaylin + a draft pick (hoping Presti will pick someone who can dominate the paint). In this season, OKC are 21-23, it means that they have improved a lot since the last two years even though we are missing some key players. Damn… this is crazy. Also, I'm giving flowers to the coaching staff because we improved a lot. THUNDER UP⚡⚡

  9. Ima compare Jaylen Brown to a taller Victor Oladipo when he was in Orlando or OKC but I also see Jalen Brown from Celtics

  10. Jdub reminds me so much of a young OKC James Harden. The shot isn't as consistent but it'll get there by year 3. His confidence and decision making with the ball is very rare to see for a rook.
