  1. Finally the media is on the tank movement. Keep the core of Barnes, OG, precious and kokleo. Trade the rest so we can get top 4 pick and who knows we might get wemba or scoot. Culture? Unless you want to pay siakam for the super max for 50-60M. Unsure about that as he’s an number 2 option or 1B player. Definitely not keeping either FV and Gary as they are looking for 30M+ . Play in for what. Time to do a proper rebuild.

  2. this is why these guys always hate on Scottie they're scared of a rebuild and resent Scottie because he was a product of a tank year. They stan fred causes he represents the current treadmill its funny because its freds decline that is really pushing towards a rebuild.

i wonder if years of rebuild jeopardizes their current job lol might be another reason they're panicking

  3. The only person that the Raptors need to get rid of is Fred VanVleet he is the mole he is the Jonah on this ship! Trade Fred move Precious Achiuwa in the starting lineup with Pascal, OG, Scottie and Trent we automatically move to the 5-6th seat!!!!

  4. Trade pascal, Fred, OG, Gary but focus on young promising prospects instead of picks. (Ayton, Bridges, Simmons, Barret..etc) and you build around Scottie with god young players that will build the culture with him

  5. Scottie over the past few weeks has shown he is our go to guy during crunchtime not Pascal not Fred….Scottie ! Blow it up and give him those reps in the final mins of games he needs to learn.

  6. That win over the Knicks was awesome. The Raptors matter. Siakam has been an absolute league leader. I feel sorry for Siakam. So much shade. BTW Raps are 4 – 1 and only a few games out of play – in spot. Hello? Reminds me of the back turning on the team when they faced all the grief down in Florida.

  7. Excellent question. Culture is the right idea. Tanking lets a loser culture set in.

  8. it would do nothing to the culture. its like at work, the old farts retire and they bring in younger fresh workers. you think siakam and fred vanvleet dont have expiry dates? all athletes have expiry dates. and every athlete over 30 slows down and declines.

  9. regardless i see gary trent jr, fred vanvleet traded for sure, and likely chris boucher and malachi flynn also moved.

  10. so true….. We've now finally established this culture of winning! I dont want to go back to the post VC era raptors lol no identity and just losing basketball

  11. Its time to tank this season. I don't think the raptors can do anything from now to the deadline that will change anything. This team stinks on offense, and it comes down to how untalented this team is on offense. The culture is the entire org including coaching, players, management. We are not completely destroying the culture by trading Siakam and Fred. This is the time to do it. There is no waiting for this team to comeback. Even if this team manages to get into the playin, I think we know whats going to happen when the raptors play the bucks, 76ers, Celtics or brooklyn. First round sweep is very possible.

Don't be afraid of the tank and have trust in the front office , development and coaching that this will not be a perennial tanking franchise. I understand most people are impatient . But the product being put on the court now is so bad to watch. It is not exciting to watch as a fan, and aside from Scottie, there is nothing to hope for with this group. Precious is a role player and has lots of potential, flynn is at best a bench player. I envy watching alot of the younger teams that have talent (memphis, new orleans pelicans, minessota, pacers). Sooner we pick a direction, the better it will be for the raptors future.
