Tibbs' players are tired. Three games in four days, and the coach refuses to play his bench.
Randle the man MVP, MVP, MVP….. Not! .500 team with a terrible record at home for a playoff team. Team needs to trade this draft capital and get a difference maker (Randle isn't it).

The problem has always been Thibs. He burns out his players and refuses to make adjustments with the lineups. This has been a pattern with him coaching his teams for years. SMH
