Thought this was really tasteful from him after the win.

For those unaware, Ernie lost his mother.

This is one of those “bigger than basketball” things, really awesome from JT especially after such a high intensity game.

I’ll definitely throw him an All-Star vote for that. Great human being

Wow, what a real class act. Tatum is my 2nd cousin and while we’ve hardly been around eachother except at large family gatherings, he’s always been such a down to earth guy and a true gentleman. Keep up the good work Tatum!

I’m so sick of the fake “bokeh” effect in NBA interviews.

GG Tatum always saying the right thing

    This was a sweet moment

  7. Does it really merit praise if the interviewer asked him about it? Lol wtf else is he gonna do?

As a bucks fan, Tatum’s always been the one Celtic that’s hard to hate. Good dude who’s just a goofy dad like Giannis and happens to be really good at basketball.

These cameras are so good tatum looks like he’s out of a video game which is actually counter intuitive 🧐

I was just thinking today how an underrated aspect of Tatum is just how professional and even-keel he is. No drama, no blowups, respectful of media, and just plays and always seems like hes upping other guys. He’s really a franchise star any team would be happy to have.

Good guy JT. Poor Ernie man. Just lost his son and now his mom, brutal.

  12. Ernie is going through a lot these last few years. I hope someone can check in on him.

Poor EJ man. First his son then his mom.

Can’t hate this guy for anything. All class.

Ernie Johnson is universally respected and loved by everyone in the NBA and MLB world! Just a good man. Prayers to his family.
