668,000 is barely more than the population of Portland 😭

  2. ShinePale

They’re setting up to talk trading Westbrook for Lillard 1:1 in the offseason.

  3. Yamimash2000

Neither of them are anywhere close to a starting spot. It has literally no bearing on the outcome.

If Dame was having a great season and the Blazers were winning he would be clear of Westbrook by a landslide.

Fan voting is fine as it is now.

Damn was I supposed to be voting? I forgot

  5. honestly want all star voting to get even goofier, the more fans who realize how awful the process is the better

never forget kobe made it in over dame putting up 17 PPG on 40% shooting

  6. Bobsmauncle

Oh man i hope Westbrook gets in over Dame. Dame would go on a tear. I dont know if that would be a good thing anymore but it would be fun to watch

  7. It all pales in comparison to the absurdity of the Yao Ming years… you think it’s hard overcoming the voting population of LA, try China

  8. lol fan voting doesnt matter 98% of the time.

I will never get mad at fan voting for the rest of my life. The coaches voting however…

The little man complex of some of y’all on this sub is too much.

Just like everyone whining about the lack of national coverage with the hot start. I’m sure Dame just wants the results to speak for themselves

That’s such a joke lmao. No way in any world should westbrook have more votes than Dame

  11. natural_lawg

It’s because voting isn’t through Google that I didn’t vote more than once.

NBA is entertainment. As such, the league caters to large markets. All Star weekend is strictly for money. It’s not for fans, it’s not for players. It is for league owners to make $$$.

Also, because it’s viewed as entertainment, the league can (and does) control the outcome of games in order to control revenue. This is actually legally protected. (Look it up)

I’m confused about the difference between being a Lakers fan and having brain damage?

  14. jumbojimbojamo

Dame missed like a month, we have basically the same terrible record as LA, why is this surprising

  15. Sequel_P2P

    this does not matter

    this is for **starters**

this does not weigh into the reserves at all, and dame is a reserve, because he’s not one of the 2 best guard-eligible players in the western conference
