I feel like his coaching style just doesn’t work well with the team. Its not from a lack of effort cuz I can tell the guy is trying his ass off cuz you can hear him BARKING literally all game but it doesn’t seem to make a difference while we lose to teams with coaches that stay relatively calm, stoic, and quiet while they beat us

I feel like WUJ has too many projects on his plate. From Rui’s sensitivity to Brad’s passive aggressiveness and Johnny Davis’s woeful incompetence…he needs more solid vets on the roster who already know what their ceilings and roles are and know how to produce night in and night out. Everybody on this team thinks they have a higher ceiling than they really do and their production is wildly inconsistent. Combine that with WUJ being a project himself…and Tommy being a project himself…this is what you get.
