After trailing by as many as 19 points, the Charlotte Hornets defeated the Atlanta Hawks, 122-118. Terry Rozier led all scorers with 34 points and 5 assists for the Hornets, while Mason Plumlee added 25 points and 11 rebounds in the victory. Dejounte Murray (26 points) and Trae Young (25 points, 12 assists) combined for 51 points for the Hawks. The Hornets improve to 13-34 on the season, while the Hawks fall to 24-23.

Terry Rozier is a dangerous competitor. You never know when he's going to pop off or what he's capable of from a scoring standpoint.
I'm sure the Hawks weren't prepared for Plumlee of all people to drop 25pts on 11-14 shooting from the field.

Reasons hawks lost. Trae turnovers and bad shot selection. Nate McMillan bad substitution. Aj griffin should have finished the game. Jalen Johnson minutes played in the NBA is still a rookie should not have been guarding rozier. Hunter and Murray are the hawks to beat perimeter defenders.

I'm a Hawks fan. Trae Young not doing anything off ball is aggravating to watch. Our defense is so bad it's funny, no one gives up leads better than us. Why are we not playing AJ more. Some of our foul decisions are so bad omg. This team makes me wish I lived in Boston.

I have no clue why you would foul a game ending shot must have been a rookie lapse, but the ending was one thing, I believe most importantly it was everything else leading up to that where we allowed them to gain confidence as we began to get lackadaisical taking our foot off the gas…it's an ongoing thing I noticed with this squad we're much more talented than what our record shows but our mental lapses at times bring us down.. The constant is us playing with our food the majority of the game just to have late game breakdowns that hurt us..when it's winning time we should be 100% locked in because a game aint 3 quarters it's 4..careless turnovers and a lot of iso ball played a big part in it the movement became less fluid too 🤦🏽♂🤦🏽♂ ..anyway we showing what we're capable of as of late and I see us bouncing back against the bulls hopefully we can string some more wins together to spark another streak as we push further into this second half of the season..we sittin at a good spot I aint worryin LET'S GO HAWKS!! 🦅🦅
