I agree with Finch about playing 2 games in a row against the same team, we really never win such series, did it last season against badly tanking teams and that’s it. Houston adjusted, loaded the paint against Edwards, and left everybody not named Dlo and Ant open on perimeter. They ended up shooting 4/20 from 3, missing wide open corner 3s consistently, even airballing them. TP was needed this game. Still probably a W if Green does not go 15/25 taking heavily contested shots, but it happens sometimes, you just have to score more.
Embarrassing is all you can say. Probably should have gone 1-3 against Rockets and would have outside of some heroics.
Not the end of the world but add it to the list of pathetic losses that are going to sting come playoff seeding time.
We just keep shrinking our margin of error and most of the time it’s due to our piss poor effort.

The 4th quarter was pretty much a microcosm of our attempt to get back over 500
hope we don’t play rockets or pistons in the playoffs 🤞🤞

Nowell and Naz ran this ship into the ground. Moore should see Nowells minutes moving forward or Finch is a giant coward

I miss KAT man. He adds such a different component on offense when we get stagnant
The day we don’t have to watch Nowell play for us anymore is going to be a great day.

The worst part about being an international fan is that at least you guys in Minnesota get those free sandwhiches even after a loss. All I get is the app telling me I get jackshit.
Rudy plays decently today but the overall team effort drops significantly when he plays
Couldn’t watch the game tonight, but I just knew we were gonna lose this one. It makes too much sense – it was the second in a row against Houston, which gave me a bad feeling regardless of how terrible they are. Also, a win would have put us over .500, which the universe apparently can’t handle this season
I swear to god Chris Finch’s brain shuts off as soon as the second half starts. I have no idea what he is thinking down the stretch in these games.
I understand hovering around .500 with Big KAT out & Rudy/Prince in and out of the lineup. But to continously lose to bottom feeders is the most frustrating thing.
Team is allergic to going above .500
This team is so fucking frustrating. I’ve been a Finch advocate, but we’re 50 games into the season and this team still can’t put together a consistent performance.
We still aren’t in a bad spot, but something has to change.
Easily one of the worst losses of the season. The rockets fucking suck.

That female ref had money on the Rockets. She was screwing the Wolves all game and looked clueless out there.
Nowell is horrible and needs to be packaged with dudes for a sharpshooter. This team is dying to have a sniper from 3.
Knight deciding to take a 3 after an offensive rebound is probably the moment I definitively knew that the game was gone. My God, that was such a boneheaded decision. I dont trust Knight to take those shots, I have no idea why he’d decide to do that in the clutch and not pass it to Edwards or Dlo or reset the whole damn thing so he can take a 2 and probably tie it up or lead. SMH

At this point, we’re gonna end up waiving Nowell at the deadline for giggles. Won’t even be able to trade him for a empty basket of wet raccoons.
The amount of times that a whistle was blown leading to the entire officiating crew looking at each other to see who blew the whistle was obscene.
Also, sorry for jinxing in the game thread when I said thought we‘d win comfortably against the 13 losses in a row Rockets. I underestimated us.

Why couldn’t Ant keep throwing the ball like he did at the end with Rudy? Rudy dunks and he gets a foul bc they can’t guard him any other way. Even if Rudy misses, he will likely be fouled. That stops the clock too.
Just do that over and over when trying to make a comeback. I’m excited for KAT to get back – their lobs can be an automatic 2 points and 1
Also while Im on a horrible mood, lets revisit one factor that led to the Rockets gaining that first 10 pt lead in the first Q: the horrible energy to start the game. Looked so disjointed…
