Whenever I try to do this with my 3 year old daughter, I always feel like I’m going to rip her arms off. So I never do.
Guess I shouldn’t be too worried.
Edit: Based on the replies, I will continue to be worried and not do it, lol.

This is cute but also a PSA if you’re doing this with very small kids (under 5 years old), hold them above the elbow. This is a really easy and common way to dislocate their elbow swinging them this way.
It’s gotta be paradise to be the son of an NBA star. You get to hang out with your heroes and get to see free games, plus everyone at school is gonna be super jealous.
