This team is so frustrating to watch this year. Thanks for the honesty and truth this year. It really feels like the wolves need to shake things up. Also all the injuries have not helped. With all the teams in the west hovering around 500 it gives me hope the wolves can compete for a playoff spot but I sure do not feel good about it.
Anthony Edwards is deserves to be an All-star and is keeping this team afloat. At the same time, he has got to start doing the little things consistently, and not just scoring. Edwards was awful defensively, he kept turning the ball over, he didn’t hustle on defense, and he gave little effort to rebound. Guess what, he was alone, practically the whole team had bad effort rebounding. My point is, being a star isn’t just about scoring and having fancy dunks, it’s doing the dirty work and i need Ant to do more of the dirty work more consistently. I’m not hating, i’m not blaming, it just needs to happen if he’s really gonna reach that next level.
Whenever I see them get a female ref I tell myself that they are going to lose the male refs are bad but the females are the worst they don't know what they are doing
Thank you ben for pointing out the “flow of the offense.” Just because you score 30+, doesn’t mean there’s flow within that. Ant and dlo need to get everyelse involved. They can’t combine for 10 turnovers. The little things have to come from the STAR players!!!
I truly believe so much of the effort and discipline issues come from the coaching staff. Yes chris finch can’t go out there and run for them, but there always seem to be a pattern that our hustle and effort is WORSE right after a quarter/timeout/halftime. I think it’s Finch, honestly
So we can just get used to them losing to teams that are bad. They're not gonna change.
