Embiid had 26 points on 6 made field goals lol those who were crowning him “MVP” need to have some shame
Pretty ugly game which makes sense. Thought guys played really hard which was good to see
😭😭😭
At least AG did well. 🥹
Glad the line moved to nuggets +10. At least that bet won
Random thing but I was tracking Giannis’ turnovers to comment about his TD on points, rebounds, turnovers. In the final quarter, I believe it was his last possession, Giannis clearly tossed the ball out of bounds trying to foul bait, he didn’t get the call but for whatever reason they also didn’t credit him with the 10th TO
It’s possible the Nuggets without Jokic, Murray, and MPJ are not as good as the Bucks.
Kamagate for Chris Boucher, I’m calling it in to the league now
Team fought, all I can ask for on a undermanned B2B.
Time to move on to humbling emfraud and stripper addicted fat man
They cut it to 89-94 with 5:01 left, and that was after Giannis had come back in for well over a minute.
Then, they proceeded to commit six fouls and missed five 3PT shots over the last 5 minutes.
There was probably some home cooking going on, but I think just better shot selection alone could have made a big difference.
Lol, the Bucks fans are malding for some reason. It was already acknowledged that Giannis was hacked in the 4th, but they want to push it that he was being fouled all game and that the Nuggets only made it close and competetive because they were fouling Giannis from start to finish and NOT the great defense they set up for him.
They want to paint an illusion that Giannis is some unstoppable offensive force that no defense can stop, when top teams like Nets, Memphis and Boston already demonstrate how to stop him.
Watching this game (and just this year overall) I gotta be honest (and to be very clear here, I like Giannis a lot, he’s probably my favorite non-Nugget), Jokic > Giannis. I get defense is important but at the end of the day the game is about getting buckets. You win when you have more points than your opponent. Jokic is so much better offensively than Giannis – it’s a literal CHASM between the two on offense. Defensively of course Giannis is much better. But not as much better as Jokic is offensively. Not even close. Giannis is like a a 9/10 on offense. Maybe even an 8 given he really cant shoot. Jokic is like 20/10.
God ESPN coverage is so shit. AD is back!!! shows two blocks and a lebron jam. Spurs up 8 at the half
Ah, Bones did Bones things, I see
Those back to back blocks from AG made the game for me. Fucking baller
Ngl the grizzlies don’t move me
Ahhh Im conflicted right now IDK who i want to win this game is GSW lose its crazy they would be 2 games under 500
The Coban Porter news just gets worse…the victim was an Uber driver.. probably getting college students home safely after drinking.😔
Good game imo
Dame in the conversation
It’s very hard for me not to root against the warriors
Crazy that we kept it close despite 39/32/75 shooting splits and not getting near as good a whistle as the bucks
Grizzlies are showing the same weaknesses as last postseason. They are fucked
Ugh I really hate the calls Curry gets at times the Ball is out of his hands before that foul even occured but he gets the call anyway.
With the missing starters this game is a 170-107 blow-out victory for the Denver Nuggets ✅
Curry can’t be throwing that nasty ass mouth piece LMFAO
Kinda hilarious curry gets ejected with his nasty ass mouth piece
Memphis loses ! Denver has a nice big soft cushion
Yay warriors!
Right? Are we happy?
Memphis is all bark no bite. Nobody is scared of those guys lol
I feel dirty rooting for the Warriors but whatever. Memphis still behind 2 losses.
Griz lose. Pels lose. Kings lose.
I dislike the fact that Warriors won a game of basketball, but I like the fact that Memphies ~~won~~ lost a game of basketball. In fact, it’s the same game (basketball)
Edit. Something ~~is~~ was wrong with my statement, it’s not plausible that two teams win the same game of basketball
Jordan Poole makes me appreciate Will Barton
If anyone’s interested we are now tied for 12th in defensive rating at 113.0 with the Bulls and the timber dog
Had a big post comparing to our championship Denver teams. Deleted it. I’ll just say this team is familiar, and special. Always remember loses in regular season are important. Have to taste blood every once in awhile
Despite the loss, Nuggets improve their defensive rating from 15th to 13th. And it was worth it to rest 4/5 of our starters since all 1-4 seeds lost today. Hope we get MPJ back against Philly. His size helps space the floor and we’ve been shooting historically and defending pretty well with him in the lineup.
Guys that would normal try to penetrate and get to the hoop were having issues and settling for jumpers tonight. Those bricked threes from Zeke and Jeff were loud tonight. Bucks did a great job of clogging the paint since three of our top shooters were out. Guys like MPJ and KCP do so much for the offense just in spacing alone.
I love that this team always fights, no matter which man’s out.
I get that they threw this game and gave most starters a needed rest. Still good game by the guys. Let’s hope we can ball in the Philly game.
