I do understand why people say tre isn’t a franchise pg, but that’s saying we don’t surround him with scorers. If the spurs land wemby it’s a perfect squad. Tre Dev Keldon Sochan Wemby Bench: Blake Wesley Malaki Langford Stanley Johnson Zach collins/bassey When you have a player like wemby, you need a great supporting cast, and not necessarily stars but just guys that don’t make many mistakes, and can distribute passes, tre is that Mike Conley, Kyle Lowry, cp3 type of role(at least last 3 years of their careers lol)
So the 2018-2021 Pacers are a case study in what happens if you just slightly above league average at every position plus one star. Neither Sabonis or Oladipo were enough to elevate the Pacers to winning a playoff series despite having extremely competent rosters around them. Johnson, Vassell, and (maybe in the future) Sochan are all solid players, but you’re gearing up for a first round exit annually if you don’t go get your Haliburton.
Don't ever compare Sochan to that POS Greene. He would never cold clock his own team mate no matter what. He actually has respect for his team mates and organization.
