  1. It's all on Beal. I'm wizards fan from 2012. Beal is terrible, no-clutch player who always turn ball over when it matters. He is side-role player, not winning-type player. They play great without him this year. He poison this organization.

  2. rui was injury prone and didnt play alot and when he did, most of the time he didnt do much was why they moved him rather than pay him. for a lottery pick going on his rookie extension soon, it wasnt worth paying rui with his production and injury history.

  3. I think some teams are just content with selling tickets. For washington, they have a star that seems to care more about making as much money as possible than winning so they're perfect for each other. The front office is content with the team being mid and the best player just wants a fat check. Shame. Good video btw.

  4. As a die hard Wizards fan, I'm so lost and disappointed with the organization. I don't understand why they committed on Beal's contract being such a MEDIOCRE and INCONSISTENT 3rd option. He was only relevant because of John Wall. Advidja being an ok defender is not going to make an difference for the team. He's not as versatile or very consistent. The only way the Wizards can make some noise is if they get the 1st overall pick or trade Beal for a superstar.

  5. I understand Beal being loyal to DC but he isn't in any breath close to what Dame Lillard did for Portland. Wizards are delusional for giving him that lucrative bag. What a trash organization.

  6. I really love the trade for LA don't get me wrong, but isn't Rui going to be a Restricted Free Agent this year? Can they keep him if that's the case? I do need some clarification on this because i've been thinking about it since earlier today

  7. The Wizards need a guy like Nate MacMillan if they want to try and attempt a Pre-Giannis Bucks but it’s not healthy
It’d be wise to blow it up and tank but I doubt they do it so hire Nate MacMillan, who seems best suited to run a team filled with scorers with not as much ball movement

  8. Wizards trading away Hachimura away is signaling full blown rebuild. Beal will be traded by deadline w Porzingas. Keeping Kuz to sell tickets while rebuilding. It’s their best option now. Shedding salary and obtaining assets to rebuild

  9. My question about the Johnny Davis pick is this: Why’d you pick him?
Sure he had a great sophomore year in a tougher Conference but Jalen Williams had more experience at the college level and did just as good and the West Coast, albeit not as great as the Big Ten, isn’t a totally dogshit conference, and Santa Clara wasn’t a dogshit team.
It was a Ted Leonsis pick for likeness and branding.

  10. I wonder why people keep thinking that tanking works, there wasn't any tanking team that was even in the talking about championship since the Cavs tanked for Lebron. You can try to think about a better fit for a secondary leader on your team than Kuzma, but for the Wizards it will be a really difficult signing. Combining the 2, they might feel that what they have is enough, and there's no reason to give up on that. You can disagree with that statement, but it's just a matter of opinion.

oh and as far a philly with the tanking, and their championship claims, they managed to pick a #1 draft pick that is afraid of the ball twice. Tanking is bad, to business as well as to the game.

  11. The Wizard have been in a perpetual state of garbage since forever. What? Wes Unseld? Earl Monroe?

  12. nah that 50 win stat fuckin blew me, kuz is genuinely the only reason why i still tune in to this horrid team and once hes gone im not touching washington basketball until something changes 😭

  13. Nah bro I had to actually google it to believe you buy you're right they haven't had a 50 win season since the 78-79 season. That's WILD to me man 43 years without a 50 win season is actually impressively bad.

  14. In my lifetime I have never ever seen the Wizard/Bullets be a legitimate contender. That's a long time. Everyone and their dog knew paying Beal 250mil/5years all the way to his mid 30's was a bad idea AND they still did it. I mean they just got out of John Walls contract not too long ago and they went and repeated the mistake again on a greater magnitude with Beal. Like why? Now it looks like they're gearing up to throw their wallet at Kuzma. They always overpay for good talent and never seem to get great talent.
It's easy to say trade Beal, BUT 50mil a season makes it tough to match salaries. And does any team other than the Wizards want to pay him 50 mil? The Wizards will probably need to sweeten the deal with picks which then compounds their problem of not having good young cheap talent.

  15. Lol no kendrick nunn and 3 cheese burger coupons disguised as 3 2nd round pics. For rui is wizards own fault they tried to devalue him as a player. Rui will kill them when lakers come to town.

  16. No Rui couldn't have gotten the Wizards a 1st Rd pick or else they would have gotten one. Kendrick Nunn was a solid player in Miami which is why the Lakers traded for him, he was just injured but now he's getting back to form.

Lakers had a logjam at guard and the Wizards had it at forward and Kuzma is playing the way they hoped Rui would play. Rui is a solid scorer but he's one dimensional and absentminded on defense. He's also been wishy washy with injuries and straight up ghosted them for half a season.

The Wizards have a solid team but have dealt with long term injuries to Bradley Beal, Delon Wright, and Rui who are all impactful players for them. They went on a losing streak but these games were close and weren't blow outs.

Y'all don't watch the Wizards or know anything about the team so why are you spouting an uninformed opinion with NBA Twitter talking points? Y'all are the same people that trash Wizards players and then love them when they get traded. Rui Hachimura is a great, coveted player now?

And the guy said the Deathrow DC and Agent 0 teams weren't good lol. The Wizards issues have always been bad luck with injuries to impactful players at the worst times and not hitting in the draft. You don't watch or pay attention to the team gtfoh

  17. I mean kuzma not resigning until free agent opens for him it makes more sense his 25 30 mil he'll ask for is nothing in today's nba contracts

  18. Its so hard being a fan of this dog shit franchise bro. We can't do anything right bro. We can't keep talent happy (except Beal apparently), we can't attract any talent to come to DC, we can't win, we can't tank, we can't draft well (we literally always miss), when we have a decent young player we instantly let them walk or trade them (Thomas Bryant, GP2, Garrison Mathews, and now Rui. Wouldn't be surprised if we let Goodwin walk too), and we have one of the biggest contracts in NBA history attatched to a SG that can't make the all-star game.

  19. At the end of the day, I just want something to look forward to as a Wizards fan. This core is obviously going nowhere. Rn, we're looking at MAYBE a play in spot. Even then, we probably wont make the playoffs. We'll get a late lottery pick. We'll miss on yet another draft pick, and repeat next year. Its time to blow it up. Nobody on this roster should be untouchable. I would have Beal off this roster by next trade deadline if possible. Also, fire Tommy Sheppard.
