@mark k people want to see Drummond because no one on the bulls rebounds. Drummond is the only true plus rebounder we have on the roster especially when Vucevic is shooting threes.
I don’t care who this team trades for at the end of this deadline or this summer for another role player. It will not change the fact that I see this problem as a coaching staff issue. We need people that are going to take more control of creating more production on the floor as a unit from their players. There is to much talent on this team to not get this shit together and be a top 5 team.
It's frustrating to watch because we know that the big 3 overachieved this game. I don't see them doing this consistently.
They need much better bench play, scoring, and rebounding. Why the hell does Donovan continue the small ball? Why not use Drummond for size and rebounding against a team with a lot of size? At least for 10 minutes?
Drummond makes mistakes and can't shoot free throws well, but who cares? DJJ is too small and certainly not perfect either.
