  1. People can make fun of Weltman, or whomever else, in regards to sitting people. But this is a legit injury that is going to plague Dell the rest of this season. I wouldn’t be surprised if he misses a good amount of time over the rest of this season due to re-aggravating it here and there. It sucks that he’s been a bit injury prone in his career. Especially when we play so much better with him on the floor. But they need to try to let him get healthy this time, or it’s going to be non-stop in and out or the lineup the last half of the year.

I knew how he reacted last game, when it was speculated as an ankle, that it was likely his foot again. It sucks. Get well Dell.

nobody talks about it enough but maybe a part of why wendell is so injury prone is bc of how heavy he is for his height, he’s like what 6’9 barefoot 6’10 with shoes and 270 pounds?

This is going to hurt. I remember the defensive splits with him on/off the court earlier in the season were pretty staggering. While I’m hopeful he is okay for tomorrow, if he needs to miss a game or two, I’d rather him take the time now instead of in the final 10 games of the season when we *might* be competing for the play-in.

Done told y’all. Plantar fasciitis is like the worst nagging “non-major” Injury an athlete can get.

He is going to be absolutely fine and unaffected long term. But this shit is going to keep popping up the whole season.

Moe outplayed him and oddly matches up well against Embiid. Let’s Dell get some extra needed rest before the All Star break.

My concern is that this is going to cause us to not deal Bamba to another team.

  7. LR_Mango

Uhh that’s not good. Bambi had his good 5 mins last game so probably blow everything up.

It was about this time last year that Bamba gave Philly a career-high 32 points on 7/8 shooting from 3; let’s hope the Mo’s (Bamba & Wagner) can hold it down against Embid tomorrow night
