“I hold a lot of responsibility for it. Not being able to get it done. But we’ve not let it keep us down for too long, so we gotta respond.”

There’s the the accountability for Steph.
Now can we freaking turn this season around, PLEASE.
Accountability should reflect on the court..
Let’s go for the 5th 🏆
He should. He’s one of the leaders on the team and last game he had 6 turnovers and threw up some unnecessary bricks. But it all comes down to coaching. Rotations are still way off. Some players on this squad need to be benched after making incredibly bad decisions and be held accountable. And, there’s motivation or lack thereof.
Fix the lazy turnovers and the team would look completely different tbh. And when a lazy turnover happens don’t immediately turn it over again trying to immediately recoup it with a risky play, and then DEFINITELY don’t do it again 4 more times in a row.
Now, it’s your turn Kerr, Klay, Draymond, and Poole.
Own your shit.
So these fans can stop letting their hero worship blind them as they blame folks at the end of the bench.
Look at curry man taking accountability,
But pls can the other guys get their shit together too? like for real, we can still contend and seed in the playoffs if they put some effort to it you know.
No sloppy passes, stop turning the ball over, and play good defense FOR THE REST OF THE WHOLE GAME NOT ONLY IN THE FIRST HALF. And kerr has to know when to sub in with these crazy lineups we have.
Curry is definitely one of the best leaders in the team.
His recent arm injury and “average” performance may be the reason why his teammates do not want to step up their game. They rely on Curry too much until he has to try his very hardest, a game with nearly-impossible stats just to win a game by 3-5 points.
Pretend that Curry has to achieve Luka’s 60/20/10 every single night for the Warriors to be the 1st in the West.
If toxic fans want to blame Curry for his recent shit performances, let me ask you this:
How many games did Curry help us win in the early season? Would we be a .500 team rn?
That’s the right mindset Steph, there are still times to turn the corner!
You can’t expect a player to be the goat all the time, curry is honestly the goat in my book, but he’s human too.
I agree Steph please for the love of god stop chucking the ball down the court at pivotal moments
He takes accountabilty unlike LeGM who trades away players when he losrs
He’s right. Who would have thought that it wouldn’t be easy to chase down 6 rings? He better do something because so far Jordan Poole is a slight disappointment after getting his money. Steph can do it but he might not get joy out of it the way he did before.
It’s not Steph its the defense.
Didn’t the Warriors have an unbelievable record when they used to hold opponents under 100 pts. I dont think weve done that once this season.
The thing is, shooting always gonna be a little streaky and up and down. But the defense is supposed to be what always keeps us in it.
We used to (even last season) shoot our ways to blowouts, and eak by wins on defense. Now we shoot our way to slight wins or lose.
Every single person involved should blame themselves. That’s how this improves, everyone holding themselves accountable. Both our main leaders on the team have said this same thing.
Beginning to wonder if the combination of the constant motion along with his age isn’t working against Curry at this point of the season. That 4Q performance and OT against T-wolves was very unusual…
I say rest him more.
Since we’re on the topic of short comings… I would like to get something off my chest
That’s why he’s great. He owns reality
Don’t care until I see it on the court. Dude has been saying this basically all season. Love the guy but words are only words
Steph showing his leadership!
I need a 2021 February from steph to help turn things around. A full 28 days of madness, 100 threes, 60/45/90+ just go berserk. Hopefully a long string of wins can spark life into these boys
Leader. Respect that he’s this humble. Not all generational talents will be this self-effacing.
He’s the best always willing to take the blame
He’s had a lot of boneheaded passes this year, that snowballed into a run of turnovers. I’m confident they can turn it around and play more disciplined, fast paced warriors basketball.
Attitude reflects leadership
As he should. Gotta clean up the brain farts!
This is why I trust this team to rebound, Steph is a great leader
Takes a lot of humility for him to admit this. Back in the ’20-’21 season he was the reason why the Warriors even had a fighting chance in the Play-In. Still kinda pissed how they introduced that when Warriors defeated Memphis in the regular season whicg gave them 8th intially and wouldve gotten them a spot in the regular format.
Poole needs to come off the bench. Period
OG 5
Bench of JK DDV Poole Wiseman and Moody
We’re 0.5 with all the bs anyway so roll with the youngins.
Lacob has his head up his own ass which is gonna blow up this summer anyway with Bob leaving, Dray leaving, Steph being pissed and requesting a trade because of a shit team he’s put together.
Steph just needs to clean up his passes. Like please no more behind the back no look. The team just isn’t in sync for those to work. Everyone needs to pass with two hands from now on until they get some team chemistry going on the court
A real leader.
so inspirational if someone hasn’t said it already
He can dial it in.
Klay, Dray can dial it in. They’re trying to manage minutes and rest them so they can have a big 2nd half.
We’ve seen Kerr struggle with balancing his playing time for the bench in the past, and it’s happening this season.
Averaginf 30/6/6 since that injury on 67% true shooting. And he blames himself. What a GOAT
Humble 🐐
I blame a bit of everyone. Almost no one is without culpability. Steve, Steph, draymond, Klay, JP, Wiggins all deserve a heavy dose of the blame. The chemistry just seems off, and defense is at least 50% chemistry (knowing how your teammates play specific actions and covering for them) and effort. Until they can really start playing for each other it is going to be tough to ever make a significant run.
