Yes, one player improving is clearly the sign of a developmental coach

He knows how to develop players worth developing

I think player development is more than just the head coach. It has more to do with the rest of the coaching crew. The guy we lost to golden state is a pretty big loss

Nick is a great coach and I will die on that hill

Nick plays young players, you just have to be playable. He was starting a 2nd round rookie for a good part of the year, Scottie started immediately and was a key player right away, Precious has always played.

We also arenā€™t a rebuilding team and the guys who suck donā€™t play, Flynn and Banton shouldnā€™t get free spots in the rotation because they are young. Itā€™s just not how it works, you have to show you belong, any the guys who donā€™t play also havenā€™t shown they belong

He made brisset and Yuta nba caliber players

First off I know this is in reference to the previous post saying nurse wasnā€™t a developmental coach. Secondly even when we do show good development in young players itā€™s never solely because of the head coach idk why this is always brought up, there are so many other coaches in the organization. Assistant coaches, strength coaches, mental health coaches, that all play a major part in developing players

So you are saying Nurse is with Precious everyday during the summer helping him improve his game? Lol head coaches arenā€™t developers lol Iā€™m sure thatā€™s a fact.

The entire staff, mainly the development guys are responsible for helping and working 1 on 1 with players lol bruh

Nurse may have lost the team. Time to make a change. He can go. Thanks for the memories
