I know it didn’t cause the Pelicans 10 game losing streak, nor did it make The Kings play as well as they have as of late. But the fact the teams had not faced each other yet has to be contributing to league parity. Some teams are better match ups for certain teams. I think the Kings are one of those for the Pels.
All in all a great game. Great to see a blow out where players could get rest in the 4th. Most of all a W with no injuries. The team passing was fantastic tonight. And I have to say, New Orleans may in fact have the best fans in the NBA. It’s almost like hearing a college crowd. I think the arena staff do a great job keeping everyone hyped up. But New Orleans sports teams are lucky to have the fans they do.

I tuned in at halftime and we were doing so well I didn’t even realize BI wasn’t playing until the very end of 4th quarter
Billy is a legit rotation player in the league, he just is stuck behind JV and Nance
Trey should be in the 3pt contest. Him playing aggressively unlocks a whole other level for him and this team. If he can hunt for his shot he puts way more pressure on the defense.
Nance brings so much heart and hustle to the court. He is in that class of Jose, Herb, and Naji types who always infuse their energy into the game and effect the momentum.
Glad to see Kira playing well.
This team when healthy is a contender.
Despite the 10 game losing streak, because I am easily influenced and reactive, I currently feel they shouldn’t blow it up. If they traded Hayes and Graham plus a pick that could be good, but also we shouldn’t be in a hurry to compete and we don’t have a ton of extra picks. Keeping the picks, or even trying to get more could be the right move.

To the people that told me that this teams only issue was that BI and Zion were out I want them to look at this.
This is what I’ve been begging for, because I look at this team and I see one that can do shit like this without or without the big guns. This is what happens when we actually fucking play Pels basketball, bend the other team to our will and out work them on both ends. This was the speed and tempo I’ve been waiting for. This was that level of scheming and coaching I’ve been dying to see comeback.
I stuck through the lossing streak, I’m ready to see this team get back to the top.
