Just remember this – Rutherford Sydel, the former co-owner the Hawks and Thrashers – still has courtside tickets with his son and attends every game. I’m pretty sure he’s the one that keeps hexing us.

What’s crazy is how we never got the number 1 pick despite being shit for so long under asg. Lottery gods.hate us.

The NHL was culpable too. They had every chance to put the team in escrow until local buyers could be found. The league wanted the 85 million dollar relocation fee. I think the NHL could work here but would be better served to have the arena elsewhere. They removed all the hockey sight-lines when they renovated state farm arena. The Panthers and the Heat play in different locations so there’s precedence for this.
