Eason has earned the starting job over Jabari, and until I see something more from Jabari, I have to start looking at Eason as the better forward prospect at this point. I wish they played together A LOT more, as I think they compliment each other well in theory, and I love the fit of them together next to Sengun long term. So, no knock on Jabari, but Eason has impressed and he deserves more minutes and respect from the organization.
Heck, maybe being benched and challenged to earn his starting spot back is exactly what Jabari needs to lock in and start playing better.

I mean I get why people were higher on Bari (no one can teach height), but tari has been showing out and consistent.
Me personally I prefer Tari (currently love seeing him more than Green but just behind Alp – controversial I know), but if Bari can show up defensively like he did against the Bucks and start making shots, conversation would be a lot different (meaning still have hope for Bari).

Yep, accurate. Tari is winning over an entire city with his hustle and energy. Jabari just seems to be “eh” and spark fights online haha. Tari is gonna be a long time fave for me. Lock that in now.

Tari is just a way better player rn, not really that close. Jabari is still the starter longterm because you cant teach that combo of height and length, but this season? Tari by a lot more than one spot in the rookie rankings
