Wait wait wait…are you telling me that we’re not going to win out for the rest of the season?
Hogwarts Legacy is very good
Is Bones still technically on the team? The recap still lists him as inactive, but ESPN has him as part of the Clippers, but he’s out on Friday due to “trade pending”
Boneless nuggets are 0-1. Bad start.
Who do we pickup at PG?
Its so fun to talk shit about the Nuggets and these new users who aren’t familiar can not for the life of them sense sarcasm! It really gets them going!
But fr, the Nuggets are washed. Should have traded Jokic for Davis and Murray for Westbrook. Then we could actually make a finals run. Now we gotta watch fat man and the penguin rest of the season while Lakers sweep us in round 1. Embarrassing
If we’re being honest bones would’ve went like 4/19 tonight. We don’t need him. Thomas for sure would’ve been a difference since he’s so efficient
As much as we need defense that second unit needs offense. TB would’ve easily outscored our bench tonight when you also combine Jamal staggering. It’ll be ok
We have the worst bench in the NBA, why are we against Westbrook again
WCJ traveled around 2:50 mark of the fourth
It is crazy that AD was a DPOY candidate like three years ago. Dude looks like DeAndre Jordan out there
I just read that pretty much all the championship teams are terrific on the road, I don’t know if it’s bad omen
Do we get any sort of extra stuff for Bryant’s free agency?? Like bird rights or whatever?
Anything interesting happen the last 24 hours?
Just woken up, had a nightmare in which we traded Bones.
Glad Bizzy is still on the team, can’t wait for him to get 20+ points in the second game against Philadelphia this year.
It’s games like this that makes me wonder if 1/2 the team got trashed in Orlando last night. Makes no sense how so many guys could play so badly. After the Durant news, this road trip should have been considered a chance to make a statement to our doubters. But that’s just me.
What’s the plan for backup PG going forward? The bench looked clueless tonight.
Suns fans are happy and that honestly makes me sick
I don’t think it’s too bad of a loss tbh last time we barely beat them healthy, it took a buzzer beater 3 from Jokic, so I just think they’re a tough match-up for the Nuggets (and other teams like Boston, Philly etc) – I still think we need some playmaking for the bench so we aren’t tied to playing Jamal 40+ minutes a night.
So refreshing to see all the doomers back in here. Trade deadline I think made a bunch crawl out from the shadows. Glad to see you guys are alive, welcome back. We’re a good basketball team. Have a nice night
People ORlando sure loves to beat the best Teams in the East and West lest you forget they have beaten Boston 3 times this year.
That said bad game tonight
Could have used bones tonight our defense was lacking
It sure would’ve been nice to have a PG tonight
Would have won this game by 30 if Consumption played.
Bol going off on us just feels fitting.
I’m tired of this sub making excuses for outrageous organizational complacency.
I’m sure this thread is full of all kinds of doomer nonsense.
I would just like to remind everyone that I predicted we would lose this game about a week or 2 ago. Someone was asking if we’d get to 40 wins by all star break – I said explicitly that we’d lose in Minnesota on the SEGABABA, beat Minny at home, lose to Orlando, and then finish out by winning against Charlotte, Miami, and Dallas. I stand by that prediction. We’ll go into the ASB at 41-18 and be just fine.
There is not a single player on the bench that a contending team should be running out there. They normally stink but tonight they were particularly putrid. Their plus/minus numbers were horrible. They usually are but the effort tonight stunk.
The front office basically shit down their legs when they saw what the other western conf teams were doing. We are going to waste another year of the prime of the best player in the league.
Anyone else feel like once MPJ missed that layup and ran out of bounds, it just completely ruined his game.
Can the nuggets waive ish or Jordan if they want to sign 2 buy out guys?
I really hope Lakers lose tonight it would at least would be good news to go to bed with today.
Also Suns Lost to the Hawks tonight
I’m all for Reggie Jackson, Ish Smith made Cole Anthony look like an NBA player
Singer saying Reggie Jackson near the top of the Nuggets Buyout List
So I’m a very casual basketball fan, but I’m not convinced the nuggets are actually good. They’ve got one of if not the best best big man to have every played the game… and almost nothing else going for them. No true #2 star, piss poor asset management exemplified with the trade deadline, and defense ranging from apathetic to horrid. What am I not understanding
Man the nuggets sure could have used a spark plug bench scorer tonight…man where could we possibly find one of those?
Fml if these buyout FAs are choosing 10 seed Suns over us.
Laker’s loss brings a little light to the end of my night.
hmmm, looks like no one on our bench could score. if only we had a bench gunner to drop in the lineup on nights like this. I guess those guys can be hard to find, though. luckily we can solve that in the playoffs by just having jamal play 42 minutes a night, no problem
What salary can we even offer a buyout candidate?
Not really related to the game at all but
Bones 🙁 I love you man, hope you succeed after you get traded away from the clippers, cuz fuck the clippers
My god, I thought coming back to this sub a few hours later would’ve weeded out the doomers. Man they came in full force today, this next 3-0 run should get them to crawl back into their hole. So many take and so many unwanted threads being posted.
Bench would be fine, like top15 in the league if we kept Bol Bol. Pain
10 total bench points, and they came from 2 people is absolutely insane
If Reggie Jackson goes to the suns do we go Will Barton?? I just want to do it to see the Barton haters reaction
It’s weird how only young players with a lot of potential such as Bones and Bol demand to be traded, why it’s never veteran players? Why doesn’t Jeff Green or DAJ demand to be traded? We keep on losing young cheap players for nothing! Why do we even draft at this point? So much talent wasted over the years.
P bev might be perfect for us. And I hate p bev
Honestly Orlando always plays us really well. Obviously the bench was horrendous but even against the starters they were making it very tough, their length just had us playing with zero pace and turning the ball over like crazy. AG was the only one not bothered by it.
