I really hope we don’t lose to the nets on Monday. Might be the worst day in franchise history if we do

Don’t care about this loss, but that game terrifies me

  2. Rj barrett may be The worst player of all time

  3. PirateKata

Watching RJ is sickening. He doesn’t even try on defense

  4. CraYzySaurous574

Fucking RJ taking that stupid floater contested by 3 players when were down like 3

  5. TreSeven

Biggest disappointment of tonight was me, I almost put down money on the Sixers to win when we were up 12 in the 3rd but I blew it

  6. TheDuffmaster

Awful awful awful down the stretch by Barrett. I know this has been said a million times a million ways but dude cannot keep putting up those two step clunkers. He’s been in the league too long to throw up those dead duck prayer shots from 4 feet out. Never comes into the paint with a plan B.

  7. NYImpact414

RJ sold this game, but really, no one played well down the stretch. The Sixers are a great team and even better at home. Oh well, move on to tomorrow.

  8. RebornKnicksFan

Not gonna be negative, just gonna say it’s disappointing to lose games we should have won. It just seems like it happens a lot this season 🫤. Let’s get the W tomorrow and hopefully JHart suits up. LGK!!

  9. slyguy183

Last game our role players hit shots, this game Maxey and Niang went off. Just beat the Nets

  10. SnakeHoleBI

Gryffen recorded in Denmark 🇩🇰 🕺

  11. superomnia

What’s the excuse this time? Rj has the sniffles again? Still not in shape after the offseason? Maybe he had a rough nights sleep? Give me a break. This kids consistent shitty play is killing us

  12. MyNameIsAMeme

Lmao people in this legitimately watched the last six minutes of the fourth and think that RJ is why we lost that game???? Nah that was total team failure lmao

  13. RJ turns what was a nice efficient game into his typical garbage game with wild shots down the stretch. I literally can’t stand watching the way this guy plays.

  14. Embiid went 14/18, Niang and Maxey were raining 3s all second half. Our whole team was not defending well. This loss is not all on RJ like everyone is trying to make it out to be.

  15. Working_Ideal3808

well at least rj didnt shoot 6-21!

  16. Savagevandal85

Hart can’t shoot but he somehow gonna beat the zone lmao

  17. TheAnhur

Blame RJ all you want, Thibs could have easily played Fournier for scoring.

But he didn’t. Coz his rotations suck.

  18. Lovejones722

Remember…….RJ Barrett is 4-5 years out of his prime. So I have been told. Lol

  19. AlfredHampton88

Brunson and Julius were great tonight but we really need more help.

  20. IHateCleveland

RJ Barrett is terrible. Why did we have to end up with the 3rd pick.

  21. beanie_mac

Tough loss, but we split the season series. You beat up on bad teams and go .500 vs. elite teams…That’s the formula for winning. We accomplished that.

We move. We’ll have Josh Hart tmm (hopefully). We gon be straight.

  22. LegitKevinMirallas

Gotta have a scapegoat for the simpleminded, couldn’t just be that the 76ers are the better team?

  23. HyruleFool420

We are officially at the point where the people still defending RJ are an embarrassment to the fanbase.

  24. zOmgFishes

Obi and McBride 1-6 -5 and -8 respectively. Can’t wait for Hart to come off the bench.

  25. 15 points in the 4th; Brunson looked gassed. RJ wasn’t as bad as everyone is crying about, but IQ in there the last 5 might’ve given us the jolt of energy we needed.

  26. DuckDucks

People seriously solely blaming RJ who had a pretty solid night efficiency wise and the third best +/- on the team? Hmmm how about Hartenstein who has embiid score on him every single possession?? Embiid has a monstrous night and that’s why we lost. This team is better than us.

  27. zestysnacks

Knicks should have tried harder to. Move rj. He sucks

  28. JonnyGBuckets

Frustrating loss but this Sixer team really is not much better than us.

  29. melo16uno

A lot things went wrong but beside classic rj, Grimes played 36 minutes and have 6 PTS 3reb and 1ast and Sims have 3 reb, They were invisible.

  30. Yankeeknickfan

It says a lot that a whataboutism about players that are expected to do less, or actually performed well is the defense most Rj fans have

  31. Maxey is twice the player Barrett’s ever going to be

  32. I don’t understand how you can watch this team and not be frustrated by RJ Barrett. He‘s somehow a worse player than he was two years ago.

  33. hopoffmebruh

Embiid put up the most boring 35 I’ve ever seen in my life

  34. LotterySpecialist718

That Zone keeps fucking with us. They need to figure that shit out. TF

  35. MachoMom

Man imagine what this team could be if RJ was league average efficient?

  36. RJBarrettsBurner

Started to notice if you get paid >$15M on this team every mistake you make is disected and treated like a cardinal sin. So RJ/Randle/JB/Mitch and Fournier when he plays every mistake they make is treated as like they let the other team score 1000. But other guys making mistakes don’t matter

Yes your highest paid players have to perform but i thought they were all fine 2nite. Some spotty shot selection in the clutch from RJ and JB but ultimately its because we cant break down a zone.

On defense the scheme we went with hurt us more than anything. We overloaded on the ball and shrunk the floor when Embiid had it which was obv bc Hart and Sims were getting torched in man. But then Embiid got comfortable making the quick pass, you can say guys didnt rotate fast enough but at the end of the day when Embiid is gonna score anyway by just flailing his arms for FTs you should probably just collectively decide to guard the 3pt line.

Overall wouldn’t blame any one guy for the loss, coaching has to be better in the situations we saw today, and everyone needs to execute.

  37. FormerlyMrJersey

Just finishing up the game now. Thought we played pretty damn well most of the night. Maxey and Niang got hot from three in the 4th and our centers offer nonresistance to JoJo, that’s mostly the difference.

Offense stagnated in the second half of the 4th as well. Lots of culprits though.

Brunson looked like he ran out of gas a little. Randle got mad at the ref and went into stupid mode for a couple possession. Several guys missed some open looks.

The rampant blaming of RJ for this game specifically in here is really weird tonight. He mostly stayed in his lane tonight, was pretty much fine. Missed those two floaters at the end is that what everyone is crying about?

iHart looked spry as he ever has, couldn’t do a thing with Embiid, but made some nice plays himself.

Thought Obi had a pretty poor night. Bet we win that game if jHart plays.

    Back to back wins coming.
