This is a small portion to show why masai f’d up big time, being scared and conservative are for losers. They should have realized the best thing for the team is to start over and build around Scottie so his development can take leaps but instead they keep the whole team and add a center who clogs the paint for the young star Scottie. They needed a center but being average at best means they needed a rebuild and to get as many assets as possible. Now 2 of their core players are going to be free agents and there so concerned with making the play in which is a possibility they don’t even do that instead of starting the wave over and becoming a dominant team in a few years which is irony because Masai can do that. Siakim can’t be your best player if you want to be a contender and vanvleet can’t be your #2. Raptors fans I feel sorry for y’all and it isn’t because y’all have a bad gm he just made no power moves and any thaysbhest for the team going foward. Y’all just won a ring a couple years ago they would think they know when a core has reached its max but once again that’s what they get for being scared.
