It would be great for LAC but just a waste of time for Russ. Clippers is a apathetic first-round exit team with endless load management and lazy former all stars. Despite all his weaknesses, Russell is competitive player, they don't deserve him.
It could work for Russ and the clippers. He just wasn't a good fit for the LeBron james offense.

One thing about westbrook that you can't take away is he rarely if ever gets injured and you know he'll pass the ball to an open player.
