▬ About Detroit Sports Nation ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬

Detroit Sports Nation – We Cover Everything

In 2010, Detroit Sports Nation started in the same way many a great night has, in a dimly lit bar over a couple beers.

From that one night, where a simple idea to present sports news from a fan’s perspective was hashed out over a table of beer and peanuts to the grand scope of everything that Detroit Sports Nation encompasses today, is simply mind-blowing.

With a strong focus on local teams, Detroit Sports Nation beat writers are dedicated to bringing everything from breaking news to scores and schedules to the masses. Each member of the DSN Writing Team works tirelessly and in their spare time, they do it out of their love of the game; there is something to say about that.

  2. To get out of the east, we're going to have to deal with Cleveland and Cleveland dominated us with their bigs. We need help and Sadiq was not going to help us to inconsistent

  3. I don’t see wiseman in Detroit next year. Piston will probably trade or waive. If Wiseman can play half decent Detroit can have an option to trade away Wiseman for some picks. Buy low sell not low.

  4. We literally could have traded Knox to the blazers for gp2 and bey to the hawks for 5 seconds. Instead we give them to the warriors to do that. Not that we need guards but you traded 2 forwards when that is our weakest position

  5. This trade has everything to do with what the Cavs did to us the other day…..Stewart ain't it….Duren was down low going up against two 7fters, and was holding his own….. Stewart is to damn small…… Wiseman is a PF……

  6. Basically the pistons didn't think that Bey would be worth the money. You can get a guy like him in free agency ,them guys are a dime a dozen. You act Bey was going to get KD or somebody. Isiah Stewart is next to go.

  7. We need big bodies plus let’s be real how many bigs are successful in Golden State offense looney just know getting it green not a center last decent centers they had was Bougat Lee West

  8. Some of you guys talking about basketball just need to quit it I mean for real how in the hell are you going to get better while trying to hold on mediocre players like Saddiq bey you guys can’t have it both ways do you want to get better or keep bums you guys fall in love with these damn players too much I mean damn the 04 Detroit Pistons would not have gotten better if we wouldn’t of got rid of Stackhouse plain and fucking simple Hell yeah I’m taking a chance on a seven footer that Golden State completely gave up on

  9. How tf is this surprising or unexpected lol??
I'm thoroughly confused by the majority of the reactions to this trade. What team are yall watching? It's been constant destruction against us in the paint all season. Noel looks like his best days are behind him and Bagley has not held his own as a 5. Stew is stew. If nothing else, this is purely insurance againt injuries/Bagley and Stew failing. At best, Wiseman might be underrated. Would y'all rather have Mo Bamba? Maybe. Thomas Bryant?? Jakob Poeltl? Mason Plumlee??? Those were the other true bigs moved at the deadline and Wiseman may have more upside than all of them.

Low-risk, high-reward is written all over this

  10. for atl we need his physicality, he impose his will in the low post, invaluable for our 2nd unit, his ball handling, and toughness is greater than hunter, he's a soft 3, bey is a hard 3, his role for us will not be as great as for the pistons, thanks for giving him time to develop his skills, he's young jae/ PJ, the hawks need that baddddd

  11. I wanted my knicks to get Bey. I'm here to try to get some lowdown on why Pistons moved on from him.
