Im forever mad we didn’t draft trey murphy in 2021, and instead took moody! i liked moses but in 2021 i was very concerned about how slow he moved & when Trey was still on the board i thought with 100% certainty we would take trey. Had athleticism, could shoot the three lights out, nimble and tall and long for defensive purposes…then we took moody and the reasoning was that he would be a “ready now guy” however Trey was far from a project himself so it just didn’t make any sense.
He went at 17 overall.. moody was 14 bro😭😭😭 it pains me till this day

At this point it’s clear a “switch” does not exist. The team is mid. At what point do you let Steph sit the season and same with dray and Klay and develop the rookies?
It’s clear this team will have trouble holding on to the play in spot.

If Steph ain’t back with 15 games to go we might be looking at that double or nothing play-in low seed double road game scenario. It’s been done at our expense before by the Grizz. But even square odds get you to 25% chance to play the Nuggets (or whoever the one seed is) at best and double road means it’s probably more like a 20% chance.
We been waiting to get hot but thats with Steph. Let’s be honest without the engine we can only push this car at 500 so long. I think the team can hold on for another week after the ASB. But I think 11 of our last 17 are on the road and we need the dude to get through that stretch if we wanna be in the hunt for 6 or 7. I think the top 5 are a done deal 100% real on that.
All-time head scratcher season. Even more frustrating seasons like 2009 and 1997 at least you could say. The east was so trash and west was so good in 2009 and in 1997 Spree choked PJ.
Imagine if we had trey murphy and kuminga off the bench with dante omfg at what could’ve been man! could’ve moved on from poole got some assets and picks in return and shored up the center spot and been set!

Feels like we have been paying back all of the buzzer beaters we made in years past this year. Seems the other team always gets at least one per game.
Kerr and Draymond can keep harping on the defense, and it is bad, but the offense is the real problem imo.
We can’t go three plus minutes every game without scoring.
We need more scoring variety. Wiggins helped a ton against the Wizards, but is Ty Jerome our next best perimeter player at driving? 🤮
We need more Point Poole where he scrambles the defense and creates for others.
And maybe just let Kuminga cook more.
After the break, I say we sell out for offense. We simply don’t have the personnel for a good to great defense, so let’s throw out lineups that score. PBJ is my center of the future. Get that man twenty three-attempts per game.
