Ben I believe has been dealing with a form of performance anxiety for 3 yrs plus … it’s probably not going to consistently get better than what we see on any given day.
Simmons should probably be out the league. He’s not gonna help Brooklyn or any other team make a deep run in the playoffs. It’s crazy that he’s earning that much when you have a player like Carmelo Anthony that can actually get you buckets with no job.

Y'all be making more complex than it should be. To put it simply, Ben just doesn't have any heart. But that's a problem with this generation anyway. Most of these players have never gained toughness from playing on cement at the park in the summer. These players are now raised on the soft AAU Circuit.

If I were the coach of the Nets I would force Ben to take ten shots per game. Not drives and floaters…shots. I would tell him I don’t care if he goes 0-10. Just force him to shoot during a game. If it never clicks then no one will blame me when I get to cut him.
Explain to me why there are GUARANTEED contracts in the NBA? You're no longer performing to the standards we held you to when giving you this contract. Sorry, you're fired or need to take a pay cut. This is how businesses run. Now you'll have BKN trading those first rounders just to get his numbers off their salary cap.
