I kinda feel bad for him, and don’t know what more he needs to do to prove he deserves more minutes. Hopefully he doesn’t get discouraged, and continues to work hard despite not getting the playing time he should be getting.

Cam is young & I think he's just trying to do his part. Bro is like Kobe. So if he feels like he's being underutilized, forgotten, or punished … I understand. Honestly, I think he has the potential to be special in his own way, like Kobe. But, mentally, I think he needs more time. Nets won, but his body language & demeanor looked like the Nets just got blown out. I trust in JV to figure out the lineups, rotations & make decisions in the best interest of the team. Cam still played a good game, though. I hope he keeps his head up.
We don't have the superstars anymore, but if we'll be able to make the most of our main strenght, namely the depth of the roster, we can still have a chance in the playoff. It will be very tough, but not impossible at all.
In my opinion, Cam would rather score 40 & lose, than 15 with a win, that's the vibes I get with him.
Yuta has the highest 3pt fg% in the league getting 0 minute yet still rooting hard for his teammates on the sideline. That’s the right attitude cam can learn from. F the “me-first” selfish attitude, that’s why they did not pay and got rid of kyrie. if cam have problems with this honestly..he can gtfo too.

When I see an interview look this, I try to keep in mind that some of these dudes are just kids. He’s going through it trying to figure out his role on this team.
People asking why he’s upset. He went on a tear earlier this month and earned his starting spot and 30+ mins a game but coaching staff gives seniority to vets like Seth who are worse. I’d be pissed as well.
What exactly is the coaching staff doing with rotations.
I understand change is hard but it is also a reality of life. Your hard work and dedication is what's expected. It's not some extra thing you should expect everyone to give you more for. The team is looking at the new players, not rejecting you (all about perspective). Your check still comes. Hard work is for YOU because it is YOU! Grow up young man.

cam might be on the spectrum. if he is i hope FO is helping create an infrastructure to protect and support him. he can come off a certain way but that may be just what him processing in real time without the same social filters etc looks like. i know a few dudes who can really ball and part of that extreme focus is the plus side – but the minus can be some of the stuff that comes naturally for other guys. with these postgames, putting him on the spot (even during the 40pc games) you can see, whatever it is, there’s a different functioning there. not a bad thing- and tbf like a lot of mental health stuff I t’s all kinda newer to the old guys in the FO- hope they can be supportive and take care of our guy.
