But to Brooks’ credit, his shots per game are down while his minutes are up. So there seems to be an effort to fix the problem. I still can’t understand why his 3 pt % is consistently worse than early in his career. But at least there is some effort to change.

Other interesting stats. He shoots 34.4% from 3 on the road vs. 27.7% at home. He also shoots 9.1% from 3 after 3 days rest, so maybe we should close our eyes in the first game after the all-star break.

His jump shooting numbers (particularly in the mid-range) aren’t that bad.
He’s horrible anywhere inside 10FT though, because most of his shots are off-balance, on-the-move, heavily contested chucks that he really shouldn’t be taking.
