Dame is easily the best blazer, he’s the all-time scoring leader, has multiple iconic playoff moments in a Blazer uniform, he’s also played in Portland longer than Bill or Clyde (who both left to go win chips on other franchises) & this is the most important reason… Dame has stayed loyal to the Blazers in a era where the stars are forming superteams overnight.
Dame could’ve chose that road.. but he didn’t & for those reasons he’s the best Blazer ever.
He definitely has a case but Bradon Roy, Clyde Drexeler, Scottie Pippin are still above him I'm my opinion. Now if he leads them to at least another WCF yea he at the top.

Unless you're a blazers fan you don't get a choice. People will say Walton cause he won a championship or Drexler cause he got close and was a high calibre player in the Jordan era, but in a place that isn't glamourous market Damian Lillard could have left the franchise to go to a big market but he chose to stay the man lives and breathes ripcity.
