Man… Love coasts on a MAX deal for half a decade and is talking about betrayal? I would take offense to this IF Love ever played defense.
Frox00
That’s whack, I guess we’ll see if he reposts this when he falls out of the rotation in Miami soon
YRBThor19
I’m guessing he thought he was going to the lakers
Strong-Neck-5078
Man I hope that isnt what the narrative becomes. Love was loyal, we rewarded him. Since LBJ left there have been a lot of instances where his behavior and demeanor have come under scrutiny, rightly so. His departure has seemed so far to be amicable, that is the only thing I want. He wasnt gonna play here, we bought him out knowing he could end up at a potential playoff rival (he did), the last couple seasons weve done everything for him.
mystery79
Is he directing that at JB, the front office, or both?
Witness_57
Ok Kev. I love you as a Cav. You are a legend. You were a massive part of a championship team and Eastern conference dyanasty. But the only thing that betrayed you was your body. Your hand injury derailed your offensive game. And then you became completely unplayable on defense. Teams were seeking you out left and right and had layup after layup on you. This better not be aimed at JB or Koby. Deano simply passed you in terms of effectiveness and usefulness for the time being. And rather than finish out your contract YOU obviously wanted a buyout. The front office, coaches, players, and fans loved you and embraced you at every turn. Don’t do this.

Seems kind of petty tbh. Cleveland gave him a lot.
supplyncommand
and there it is.
bananafoot07
He literally posted it because it says there’s a plane taking us to Miami, I swear everyone here overreacts about everything
mtnsaa
As I said, this was horribly handled and now we’ll suffer some consequences, either indirect drama or bad reputation as a team. You don’t treat legends like that, you play him for 10 minutes a game or so and next year you move on.
LightRigger
LOL we made a role player $120,000,000 richer and he decides to make petty blows. Dude has always been an asshole. Later KLove 👋
chardwurst
Are we sure this was about “betrayal” as much as the “plane to Miami”? Might be over thinking this one. (And yes I know the context of the clip)

I hope this doesn’t have anything to do with the Cavs
Paid him a ton to ride the bench he should be grateful
CasperTheDog2
Lol this is the shit he learned form Lebron. It’s like a middle schooler posting something on any social media platform after her “love of her life” left her for his boyz.
blurbaronusa
What’s going on in Miami 👆🤨👆
AgonizingSquid
i figured that was going to be the case after he put out that tweet about wanting to tell all but first thank all the fans and cleveland. all signs pointed to dude wanting to be here
stephapeaz
I think it would’ve been funnier if he posted the lebron clip about taking his talents to south beach lol
monkeysmoker5
always been a thin skinned selfish little fuck

Tbh I just think it was a too long of a clip and is not being taken from what he meant. Bc he’s said all good things on cavs social media. Sometimes people don’t think about everything before posting, even adults.
Mobleybetta
Chris Fedor swears up and down that even when KLove was healed he wasn’t going back into the rotation. Wonder if Kevin didn’t like that. But it’s also hardly a betrayal when the franchise did everything for a player who caused nothing but headaches during the dark periods after Lebron left
Advanced-Part11
maybe klove is fredo in this situation
newcranium
He’s the one who betrayed the Cavs
thewookie34
Yo when are putting KPJ in the staying rotation over Mitchell one more game bro pls?
concept_I
Why are people obsessing over this?
swoondog
If anything he’s making a joke that he’s betraying the Cavs (in addition to the plane to Miami bit). You’re reading way too much into it. It’s actually funny and very self aware.
Lopsided_Crow1780
Pat Riley is the Godfather and he’s on a plane to Miami. Not much more to it lol
Primordial_Beast
The story seems to be that KLove requested his buyout after the Danny Green pursuit/signing. Reading between the lines, it’s possible that the Cavs told KLove that they didn’t have any minutes to give him and that was why he was being benched – only to watch the team acquire a new player and find minutes for him. That would understandably make one upset.
Just a theory.
cavsfan_1792
Stop up voting this. Y’all dumb. This is just a post about a plane and a joke about playing time. Kev isn’t shitting on cleveland. Grow up
