Media is so hypocritical. They was bashing this man for the past 2 years. Now all of a sudden “he’s such a great player “. It’s laughable.
The difference is Tyron lue not afraid to coach up a player. Russ will be better because he has a coach who will say the right things about his game.

SAS is hilarious by Saying Russell Westbrook was snubbed by the Lakers. Lakers gave 3 players and 1st round pick and took his 47 million contract to get him to Lakers. Lakers showed faith in him to make lakers a championship contender. Lebron, AD and Coach Hamm all supported him through most part of his tenure with the lakers. Coach Vogel was let gone due to last year Lakers failure which also included tensions with westbrook. He continued to make bad decisions after bad decisions in 4th quarter closing last year by playing hero ball. Missed open shots and was a turnover machine. Made bad passes to AD with defender in front of him. Russell's behavior when ask to come from bench, sulking on the bench when not in 4th quarter, atrocious post game statements, and most of all his consistent poor play all played a role to his exit. He is responsible more than anyone else for his exit from Lakers. If he was so great and HOF then in absence of Lebron or AD in the games he could have taken lakers to playoff's last year by winning and compete for title. But no he failed to do so. Now suddenly joining already deep Clippers team, with star players, does not validate his greatness.
