If Nate McMillan does not want to be a head coach next season, I would sign him as an assistant head coach to help Willie Green.
Willie needs some help with in game situations and adjustments. This will also apply pressure on Willie to do a better job knowing a coach with Nate's experience is right behind him and could replace him if Willie doesn't get a better handle on the job.

Get rid of JV and trade some picks or players for Malcolm Brogdon or Derrick White. Both PG's are big and have experience in playing the point. Either one would be great with Zion, BI, and CJ. Just get rid of JV, because Willie Green does not use him in the heat of the game. JV is just to slow for a young quick team like the Pel's.
We need to focus on adding guys who fit on our team and can effectively play around our talent. A center who can disrupt passing lanes, set screens, contest shots or even have a presence in the paint. and I love cj but hes not a point guard, and when he plays the 2 it just becomes another defensive problem like Jonas. I just dont see us competing against teams like warriors, celtics, bucks, cavs, suns in the playoffs when we have to help doublefor jonas every single possession.
